Many Care Homes already use Sage 50 Accounts for their accounting and CareMaster integrates directly with it to give you a winning combination.

CareMaster has been designed specifically to help Care Homes with managing their complex billing arrangements. Multiple funding sources are easily set up and the invoicing process then becomes the work of minutes.

Dynamic integration with Sage 50 Accounts means that invoices can be posted directly to the residents accounts at the click of a button and without any re-keying of data. The standard invoice layouts can be used or users can set up their own layouts incorporating a logo or other design. Various Local Authority invoicing layouts are already included and others can be added on request. Both invoices and resident records can be archived.

The sophisticated global update facility means that the tiresome job of updating residents’ records with new rates becomes quick and easy.

There is a built-in Occupancy Analysis facility which allows users to build up a complete occupancy history for each room. Reports can be run at any time to show the current occupancy levels and expected income.

A report writing service is available for those who require information which is not already provided for in the standard reports.

CareMaster is a network-ready product and can also be used to administer multiple homes. These may be linked to separate companies within Sage 50 Accounts or alternatively to departments within a single company.
